Part IV: Fee Structure

Program fee is USD1,800 per head.

Group discount of USD1,600 per head is available for a group of 3 or more to register together.

The fee includes training fee, training notes in e-files and certification fee.

Part V: Payment Procedure

Payment should be made within 5 working days after registration confirmation and your seat is ONLY secured on receipt of payment.

You are recommended to process your payment via international bank remittance. The necessary bank account details will be included in your requested invoice for your action. However, if credit card payment is preferred, we could set up an online payment link for you to process your payment via separate email, nevertheless, a 4% charge will be added on your total bill.

Part VI: Important Notes

Acceptance is subject to the discretion of the Organizer. Registrations, upon full payment, will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
When a program is over-subscribed, additional classes may be opened. Applicants will be notified of the new dates and time whenever applicable; when a program is under-subscribed, original class may be cancelled. Full refund will be made within 30 days of the cancellation.
Any registered attendees who fail to join the program on their own accord and do not show up in the live sessions are forfeiting their own rights of participation, no refund or make-up class will be arranged.
Should there be factors beyond control (e.g. natural disaster, breakdown of internet system etc.), which cause the termination/ cancellation of the program, the Organizer will work out alternative arrangement to ensure the program can be conducted in another feasible time and condition./li>
All live sessions are restricted to registered attendees only and no recording is allowed.
All handouts and materials obtained in class are strictly for attendees educational purposes. Global CEM and their trainers own the copyrights of the program materials and no reproduction is allowed without the prior written consent of Global CEM.
