To ensure quality delivery of the in-house corporate CX (customer experience) training course and to maximize the learning impact, the training will be delivered by one of the Global CEM International Partners. Nevertheless, all the instructors are subject to availability check.
Subject to discussion between the client and the instructor. Normally, at least one month prior notice is required.
The training could be conducted at client's office site or any external venue with appropriate facilities for training. All cost and arrangement of external venue and catering will be managed and responsible by the client directly.
After receiving your brief (number of attendees, profile of the attendees, timing, location and requirements of the program), we will give you a separate quotation on each individual case. We can tailor a package with all training fee, documentation, instructor's travel and accommodation cost included for each individual program.
