Live CX Certification Program

   

We truly appreciate your keen interest in joining one of our programs, however, the public program scheduling and travel arrangements currently present numerous challenges, especially under the pandemic happening in different parts of the world.

Thus, we are launching a new program format for you and your team, one that breaks geographical boundaries and saves you from hassles like long-haul travelling and budgeting trip expenses. 

On top of that, you still enjoy the biggest advantage of joining a physical class: a live program run exclusively for you and your team! You could interact with your program trainer directly and freely, going through discussions and in-class exercises within your group as smoothly and effectively as you would be in our physical program.  

At Your Preferred Schedule and Location

The Live CX Certification Program is ideal for a small group of 4-8. We are totally open and flexible to work out a mutually feasible schedule that works for your team and our trainer.  We would be managing the event logistics and all you would then need to do is attend the program at ease, at your preferred time and location.

Build Up a Sense of Rapport

Do consider the advantages of joining our program as a team: you could easily build up a sense of rapport and common language when sharing the concepts and tools among different units and functions within the organization. The in-class exercises and discussions also allow the team to put real-life situations into perspective, cultivate cross team exchange and break the departmental silos - all of which are critical for CX success.

A Lump-sum Fee for the Whole Class

With a minimum lump-sum fee of USD10,000 per class, your team can enjoy the unit cost as low as USD1,250 to attend the program (for a team of 8).  In case you need a few extra seats, we could discuss separately for a special arrangement. Line up your colleagues, teammates and counterparts in the CX arena to join the program together. The benefits of a Live CX Certification Program would be exponentially higher, we assure you.

CX Certification

Same as our normal certification practice, participants are required to successfully complete and pass the training session with corresponding in-class exercises and one take-home certificate assignment. Upon getting certified, participants are eligible to include the following logo in their credentials as an endorsement of accomplishment.
